Note to international orders: ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK! Please make sure you are familiar with your country’s e-liquid and e-cigarette customs/importation laws before ordering from us. We will not be held responsible for orders seized by customs, and we will not falsify customs forms to accommodate any orders.
In addition, international orders may be subject to import taxes and duty fees. The customer is responsible for paying these charges.
Depending on destination country, not all parcels will continue to track once they leave Australia.

Shipping Policy
Returned goods or products will be upon verification together with original proof of purchase. The item should be in the original condition in the original packaging. In case the good or product has been used or damaged by the customer, there will be no refund or exchange possible. Vape Hype will also not be responsible if your order is lost during the shipment. Once we have checked and confirm the exchange or refund for a goods or products, ticket will be resolved with solution applied (refund or exchange) within 7 business days from date of approval.
Refunds exclude shipping charges incurred.
Should such need arise, kindly return your purchase to our address in a parcel paid by you.
